This is a sophisticated piece of medical equipment. Basically a pump that compresses air in a vest that the patient wears in order to clear the breathing airway/lungs. It is in excellent condition and when new sells for over $10,000. I bought this at the Goodwill for $29 and sold it for $2,000.
