This is an early Ives Toys train accessory and is relatively rare. Was meant to hide a transformer and then you could run the wires through the holes in the side. This piece does not have the original smokestack and has been replaced with a homemade wooden one. Purchased at an estate sale for $100 and sold for $204.00
