Captain Action was an action figure made by Ideal to compete agaist Hasbro's GI Joe. This is a rare accessory. It has some damage to the windshield and is missing the rocket launchers. Found in a basement at an estate sale. the asking price was $30, but I pointed out the broken windshield and got it for $20. Sold for $350.00
